Lexington boys’ basketball

Lexington 51  Legacy 29

Roosevelt Island, N. Y. – Lexington Bluejays team traveled only 25 minutes
to play Legacy on Roosevelt Island. Legacy has a small gym so it was our
advantage as our stamina was better than theirs for fast-breaking. They
played without two of their star players who scored a lot against us the
last time we played them. Our bench players had a field day! As three boys
scored treys in less than 2 minutes at the end of 4th quarter. They all
were thrilled as they do not play much and were able to make long shots!
Lexington’s defense was stellar in 1st quarter and 3rd quarter.
