We started off slow, but we clinched 2nd quarter and then 3rd quarter. We
controlled 4th quarter. Lourdine Jordonne had 14 points and 21 rebounds
while Keliah Williams grabbed 4 points and 4 rebounds. Olivia Brown
basketed 9 points, 3 rebounds, 5
assists, and 5 steals.

All Lady Dragons played offensively and defensively really well. Hats off
to our four hard-working post players. Lourdine Jordonne scored 17 points
while Samantha Suarez and Shylah Thomas had 8 points each. Keliah Williams
had 6 points. Emma Hancock did
not play.

Mighty proud of our girls! We controlled the game throughout offensively
and defensively.  All players did play ample time. Lourdine had 14 points
with 7 rebounds. The rest of the scoring was almost spread evenly amongst
Olivia 6, Ja’Myra 5, Samantha
4, Shanna 4, and Oceana 4.

This week, we will host Mason Dixon’s Girls Basketball Tournament here
in St. Augustine, Florida. Our first game will be either Louisiana School
for the Deaf or South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind on
Thursday at 8 PM.

CSD beat MSSD last Thursday.

CSD lost by Texas and Indiana last Friday and yesterday.

The record is 13-4.

school basketball teams would win state basketball chanmpionships
but would fail to win the deaf regional tournaments!
