Phoenix football

Bagdad 60, Phoenix 8

PDSD ended its season with a 60-8 loss to state no. 2 Bagdad. Its
illustrious running back Brian Lynch scored a touchdown on a 39 yard
pass-run in first quarter and, in the next drive, his 45 yard touchdown
run was nullified by a penalty. He left his final game for PDSD in third
quarter due to his injured. ankle.
The final season record is 3-5. Lynch now holds numerous school and state
rushing and touchdown records.

Texas volleyball

JV Volleyball

JV volleyball season ended with a loss to Waco Reicher in 3 sets. The JV
Rangers finished with 10-18-1 (25-11, 22-25, 15-9).

Varsity

The Lady Rangers closed out the season 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-21) against
Waco Reicher to finished undefeated in district play. The team went 16-1
in district play in the last two years and the win gave the team their 5th
straight 25 plus wins season. The first playoff game will be on October
29th. More information will come soon.
