There have been no deaf baseball players since Curtis Pride in 90s.

this tweet is puzzling. We have had a few deaf players in the
minor leagues. We have a deaf collegiate baseball team at
Gallaudet. We have a half-dozen deaf schools with baseball
teams. There are some deaf baseball players on high
school and college teams.
