The girls continue to improve with every match, which is great!
However, we can’t seem to play consistently, which is extremely
frustrating.  If we would have played all three games that way
we played the third game, I would be thrilled with the loss!
There were moments of the first and second game that were awesome
as well.  We just can’t seem to play a solid three games, yet.
But, every match is better and better!!  Keep up the fight, girls!
The wins are just around the corner

Staten Island, N.Y.- Lexington traveled to Staten Island
for a match against Staten Island Academy. We discovered that
they had 25 members on the team. They were able to play them
all as Lexington only had 12 players available due to absences
and injuries. We did our best and competed with the fresh
guys the whole game. We were down 1 to 4 at halftime and
ended the game 3 to 8. We had several open shots attempted
that would have been a score! We are still working together
to unite as a team since newcomers have become starters.
