a Dummy Hoy trivia

copied from a past article

Hoy was one of 29 players to earn a paycheck in four different major
leagues, playing for the Washington Nationals, Louisville Colonels,
Chicago White Sox, and Cincinnati Reds

editor’s note:
in these days, major league baseball was in a state of flux,
not as established and as organized as it is nowadays. It
was common for players to jump from one major league to another
major league.

Cannot do it these days!
