St. Mary’s Boys Basketball results

The Bisons hosted Central Baptist this afternoon in Gallagher Gym.  Last
time we played Central Baptist we won at the buzzer so this was figured to
be another close game.  The Bisons jumped out to an early lead behind the
inside play of Isa Habeeb and Christian Lawrence.  Dalton Plant also
produced on the floor and Kassim Kassim hustled on defense.  Nick Barrus
couldn’t find his touch and struggled to get his offensive game at the
pace he is used to maintaining.  In the end, Central Baptist won 45-34.
Christian Lawrence and Dalton Planty each scored 12 points for The Bisons.

The Herd migrates east this Friday morning for the 58th ESDAA Division II
Boys Basketball Tournament hosted by Rhode Island.

Our record is 8 wins and 3 losses.
