Football, soccer and volleyball All-American honors

All invited schools have been contacted by DeafDigest Sports
editor for their nominations (football, soccer and volleyball).

Other schools that have never contributed news to
DeafDigest Sports have not been invited.

There have been some non-responses from the invited schools.

The announcements, for each fall sport, will be announced in
due time.

If and when the announcements have been made, if you see
schools not on the All-American list, then non-responses
may be the reason.

Thank you for understanding.

random deafsports thoughts

When DeafDigest Sports editor covered deaf schools sports
in 1986, as many as half dozen schools fielded swimming
teans.

How many deaf schools still have swimming teams nowadays?

DeafDigest Sports editor only knows of one – Florida
School for the Deaf and Blind.
